I'm going to guess that you are still "reaching for the mahogany", right? So, I was wondering if the wheels are still turning on the bench-to-guitarwood windfall? You know, all that lovely Cuban with the added posterior patina. Any news on that front? (Or even news on that rear would be welcome.) Steve |

I'm afraid that the dead hand of officialdom won through and $100000 worth of first growth Cuban is ashes in a landfill.   . I didn't even get one set for myself .
My secretary fought valiantly but there is no tick box on the Health & Safety Executive's forms that allow luthiery as an end use for for what in their eyes is "Hazardous Material"
